We hit 101 here. The Cascade was ready and wouldn't wait another week.IronKite and BitJock made it a group brew.24 gallons of Fresh hop event horizon JPA.3 lbs of hops. Would of had more but I was unable to train the vines since I was on crutches.Second runnings- 14 gallons of Stingy Bastard IPA.38 gallons of beer in one day. A new record for my brewstand.Personal best is 1200 gallons in a day, but I don't think I'm ever going to beat that at home.

5 gallons of all Citra IPA, currently bubbling away in the cellar which is miraculously still 65 degrees. The fermenter hit 71 yesterday before I added some ice cubes to get everything back down to 65-67. I hope I didn't stall the WLP001, which has a reputation for not liking to be chilled.

The GF made her Rye Pale Ale this weekend, 20% rye this iteration. First stuck mash ever on my system. She made fun of me for telling her to slow the run off or it'd set up like a brick. I LOL'd when she had to admit i was right  About 95F here.

I left work a little early last Thursday and brewed in the heat of the day. 92df with a lot of humidity. It was brutal when I went outside and emptied the mashtun. Other than that, the brewday was in the basement at 72df. Posted Image

I'm tempted to add 5% rauchmalt to my cream ale. It just popped into my head today. I probably shouldn't. I'll have to mull on it on the way home.

You will love the Terrapin Rye. It is one of my favorite beers. I haven't made Denny's Rye yet so I don't have a comparison. His is on the to do list right after I brew some Memory Lapse.
