Anybody use Brewers Gold in a Helles? I've planned on Hallertau Hersbrücker but also have some Brewers Gold in the freezer, so thought I'd ask. Thanks!

Nothing at all against Brewer's Gold but Hersbrucker is just so perfect for this delicate style that I wouldn't consider using BG.

+1save the BG for an AleNothing at all against Brewer's Gold but Hersbrucker is just so perfect for this delicate style that I wouldn't consider using BG.
