PPG? I use malted whole soft white - once in a great while flaked. I haven't really checked lately but would guess it's more like 28ppg for all of them assuming you're base grain had the DP to convert all that unmalted wheat. Somebody else will call me on this if I'm way off.

DJ, thanks.PointsPerPoundPerGallonPPPPGAn engineering technique is to write it like a math equation.P exponentiated to the 4th power times GP4GWell technically P4GI haven't run it corrected though promash yet to verify, but an off the cuff SWAG I'd put it at 20 or thereabouts. How the heck the Falcons brewer got his OG, I'll never know.It was the brew session from hell, see the gory details.

We all do that eventually. Fortunately it's been a while for me, those beers are tough to replicate And at my place they are usually ones that I would love to but there no way...........Enjoy it in 4 - 6 weeks.....It was the brew session from hell, see the gory details.........
