So I brewed with whole unmalted wheat.Promash sez 40 P4G.I was way off on OG.Gory details hereI'm betting more like 20 P4G. What do y'all think?

PPG? I use malted whole soft white - once in a great while flaked. I haven't really checked lately but would guess it's more like 28ppg for all of them assuming you're base grain had the DP to convert all that unmalted wheat. Somebody else will call me on this if I'm way off.

We all do that eventually. Fortunately it's been a while for me, those beers are tough to replicate And at my place they are usually ones that I would love to but there no way...........Enjoy it in 4 - 6 weeks
