Thats a good video. I remember watching that last June July after the HBA conference. I think its pretty sweet to be able to build somewhere on your own property and then turn it into a business and not have to pay rent as well. Makes me think twice when my wife tries to encourage me to build a place to do all my brewing and beer things here at home.

thomas creek started out bartending and hombrewing at a local bar called Hennies. then, becasue of popular demand for his homebrew stepped up to a 2 bbl system and now is a full blown microbrewery doing not only their brand, but contract brewing as well

anheiser busch? do they just brew 1.5 barrels and then top it off to 30,000 with water from the river?

I've been 3 bbl and smaller breweries. They bottle and keg too. Growlers is an interesting idea. Dogfish started on 1/2 bbl.
