The nice thing about the pliny pack is that the hops are packaged based upon each addition. Each addition is labeled with when you are supposed to add them in addition to hop name & AA.He also does Friday Night specials. As an example here is what he had last Friday. After consulting so of the other members I am releasing the Pliny Pack for $12.50(there has been a slight price increase). This includes all the hops you need to brew Pliny The Elder based on this recipe that came from Vinnie himself:https://beerdujour.c...r clone PDF.pdfAs always please email me @ cheaphops@gmail.com with your order. The pack includes 13/oz of hops (subject to change based on AA). So brew your own Pliny the Elder. Thanks and happy brewing.

So I know this is something that should be in the recipe section, but in that PDF it references the grain bill in percentages. How do you know what the lbs are to use for each grain??The nice thing about the pliny pack is that the hops are packaged based upon each addition. According to the Brewing Network Sunday Session show with Vinnie in January I think this is the corrrect recipe:Pale malt 90%Cara-Pils 10%Columbus 90 minutesColumbus 45 minutesCentennial 30 minutesAmarillo 0Simcoe DryAmarillo DryVinnie hates crystal malt in hoppy beers. Also his 90 and 45 minute additions are hop extract and I think Hop Union makes the CTZ extract exclusively for Vinnie (Columbus, Tomahawk, Zeus).I have made this several times and it is close.
