Further research came up with this. Cant wait for the 3191!

This is a repeat VSS. I brewed my berliner with that blend when it came out... 2 years ago now was it? I thought I brought a bottle to the HB tasting last year at GABF. I thought it came out great and to style.

Did you use a Sac. or straight up 3191?

Strait up 3191. As I recall it's a blend and has Sac in it.

It is a blend, just didn't know what it was blended with. Common sense....duhhh. Thx...What temp did you ferment at? Sourness level?
