Kicked off another weekday double-brew. Cooked up 11 gallons of cream ale and 10 gallons of brown ale. Things went much smoother than my last session. Started a little after 5:00 PM and finished up at 2:00 AM. The only downtime was waiting on the first boil to finish so I could start the sparge on the other. Also cleaned and sanitized every keg I own (7), and racked/kegged 15 gallons of beer. I think I'll take a break before the next brew session. :rolf:ETA: Oh, I also added the blackberry extract to that stout. I used about 3 oz of the 4 oz bottle for 5 gallons. Turned out very nice. Can't wait until this beer has aged.

We keep brewing in tandem, two states apart. :rolf:
