Any of you Colorado people know if Eric's Ale is sterile filtered or otherwise stabilized before bottling? I'm wonder if I can culture up the bugs from this to throw in a Belgian pale I have that finished a bit high. I have some other options available to me if this one won't work, but I really like the character of this beer.*knows the character will be different in secondary*

That's what I was thinkng but the haze made me unsure ... Must be a pectin haze from the peachesIt seems like all the Lips of Faith I have had were filtered and had no yeast cake.

I must of been confussed... Just poured a bomber of it after reading your post and it's brillant. Must have mistaken the clarity of this beer with another. The taste however I recalled spot on ... This s a great beer. Thanks!ETA it's getting concecration dregs tomorrowHmmm... I don't recall a haze on it when I drank it the once. Yours was possibly mishandled.
