Hmmmm, kinda hard to describe. It definitely kicks up the malt flavor. In spite of the fact that it appears to be a crystal malt, I get much better fermentability out of it than I do mot crystals.Hi Denny,What kind of character does CaraRed provide? I thought I read "very malty-smelling" or "very sweet" somewhere. Break it down for us, please.Cheers,Nige
