Going into an amber that has orange peel in the keg, I finished it with a couple oz of cascades, so the whole citrus thing is going on, but I dont have any extra citrus hops, just some extra perle, not sure if it would even be worth it, or just leave it be. Any experience?

never done it, so I don't know either, but my gut tells me the herbal nature of perle would conflict somewhat with the citrus theme

I have a cascade-dry-hopped Amber right on keg right now. In technique, I did a good job but I find it pretty one-dimensional. I originally brewed it with aspirations for NHC but the one-dimensional nature of the hopping has changed my mind on entering it.jrc
