Carafa II and Caramunich III

We have a bulk order coming in soon and was going to pick some of this stuff up If anyone has used this before feel free to comment on your experience Carafa II $41 per Bag (only getting half bag)Caramunich III - would this be in the same area as Crystal 60 Lovi says its close but flavor wise color doesn't matter much to me but flavor does

Carafa II - I love it for darker beers that I don't want that astringent/black flavor...great in porters I really like all the Carafas

Agree with the above about Carafa. It's almost the only dark malt I use anymore. As for the CM III, the taste is not quite the same as a medium crystal. I don't know if I can describe it but it's very good. I use it in a lot of different beers. If you don't like either of these malts, feel free to send the unused portion to me. :D :smilielol:

Yeah I love the Carafa III I have had for a while now. Really nice, smooth roastiness.
