It's a seasonal blend and I picked some up a couple months ago. I have big plans for this yeast. I want to do a blonde, a dubbel and a tripel. Please rate this yeast, and tell of your experiences with it. I want to see if it is going to be worth the extra handling to keep some on hand after the starter for the blonde is finished.

I brewed a Belgian Pale Ale with this and loved it. Recipe is below. I have made this 4 times off the original starter - I saved 3 mason jars.08-18-2008 Anita's Antwerp AleA ProMash Brewing Session Report--------------------------------Brewing Date: Monday August 18, 2008Head Brewer: David SegletesAsst Brewer: Recipe: Anita's Antwerp AleRecipe Specifics----------------Batch Size (Gal): 5.00 Wort Size (Gal): 5.00Total Grain (Lbs): 10.88Anticipated OG: 1.060 Plato: 14.72Anticipated SRM: 9.2Anticipated IBU: 22.9Brewhouse Efficiency: 75 %Wort Boil Time: 90 MinutesActual OG: 1.060 Plato: 14.72Actual FG: 1.009 Plato: 2.37Alc by Weight: 5.23 by Volume: 6.68 From Measured Gravities.ADF: 83.9 RDF 69.6 Apparent & Real Degree of Fermentation.Grain/Extract/Sugar % Amount Name Origin Potential SRM----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 92.0 10.00 lbs.
