no kidding, between hitting F5 and getting disappointment in return I was actually somewhat productive.I was locked out completely for so long I actually got a lot of work done at my job today

No. If it is ever down for more than a few hours, I'll press the issue. As it is, I don't feel like making a stink over 20 cents.Do you get a discount when this happens?
