If I had the motivation to make a vid I'd really like my AG process to get out there for feedback and for informational purposes. While this AG vid is great I think it would be good for extract brewers to see how basic an AG setup can be. I know when I saw all the fancy equipment when I was an extract brewer that it made AG seem beyond my reach.ETA: although I guess HH has sort of already done thisFor those who are ready to take the jump to AG

exactly. that's what I ws intending when i did it. no offense to palvinos or others, there videos are great for showcasing a general idea of what goes into all-grain, and showing their setups, but I know me personally..when i was going AG and watched videos like this I was like "wha? huh?" and I was very intimidated. My goal was to show how simple and basic it really is, and also to try to include every detail i could possibly think of for what i was doing and why i was doing it, while still making it a shortish video. I almost didnt put how off my OG ended up being because i was kinda embarassed, but then i figured "hell just show a carefree attitude and remind the viewer RDWHAHB. but ya I hope it helps someone one day, cause that's what it's all about. If I had the motivation to make a vid I'd really like my AG process to get out there for feedback and for informational purposes. I think a time lapse video at a variable rate would be really interesting. +1 to this. Joe's vids are good stuff. And todd's stuff was cool too.I've watched Joe's videos a number of times before going to all-grain and recently watched again. Quality stuff there. The only other great inspiration I got was from the re-todd brewing video. It was comic genius, but from that I did see I could use a simple bottling bucket with false bottom and a quilt to hold the heat and successfully do an all grain batch with $40 worth of equipment.
