Not started yet eh? Well what you guys got going this weekend?? Just mashed in on an Amarillo Pale and then I will follow it up with an ESB. The puppy wakes me up early so I should be able to get 2 in today.

No brewing here for me this weekend. Last weekends beers are still fermenting and all my carboys and kegs are filled.I am however pouring 2 beers of mine at a homebrewers festival here in Raleigh today Bo Pils and Belgian IPA.Love things like this so it should be sweet. I think I'll actually be brewing tomorrow. I was having a hard time deciding what to brew. Went back through my notes....all the way back to 2003 and found a clone recipe for Highlan'ds Gaelic Ale and remembered that I really liked that one. So that it shall be. I also noticed that my note taking has improved A LOT since 03.

Does yesterday count? If so...I brewed 2 imperials (Rye IPA and Oatmeal Stout) - both in the 1.085 range. Yeast are having a nice breakfast of sugar this morning.

Just finished a dark patersbier/enkel. I am planning on repitching my Wyeast Abbey Ale II.

Brewing( chilling now) a crazy american wheat with the zest from 4 oranges, 3 tangelos, 3 lemons, and 2 small grapefruit. Continuously zested from 5mins to 0.

I filtered some Kolsch and Helles, racked some Hefeweizen and cleaned a few tanks this week, and I'm brewing some Biere de Mars at MBC right now.

hahaha yes, no chances this time. I've got a whole heap of healthy 2006 waiting to dive into this dunkel :chug:

Last minute change of plans: no steelhead fishing. Instead im brewing up 5.5 gals of Quiet Storm Stout. :chug:

Brewed a Belgian dubbel type grain bill yesterday and fermenting it completely with Brettanomyces.

I had everything ready to go for a Sunday brew session...but I drank too much whiskey on Saturday night so I confined myself to the couch all day Sunday. Will brew next Sunday...
