I let my o'fest ferment down pretty low in the appropriate lager temperature range then performed a d-rest at 64-65F for a couple of days. I checked the gravity this morning and I'd say it's done (1.014). So I brought it downstairs and threw it in the fridge to prep it for transfer to secondary/lagering. Is there any reason this is bad?

Depends on if you are bottling or kegging. I keg so I usually cold crash, keg & force carb, then let it lager (if I'm feeling patient). I do 10ish gallon batches so one keg usually gets to sit for 3 or 4 weeks more than the first. If I were to bottle I probably would let them lager in the bottle. I guess it would depend on your bottling procedure (adding yeast, etc?)
