Out of the US orders will be going by USPS. That's the easiest and cheapest without having to deal with customs.

I am shipping FedEx ground. This is the easiest option for me. I will build a spreadsheet and dump it in to FedEx ship manager software and hit "Ship". This gives everyone a tracking number for the shipment and is the fastest way to get the pick/pack/ship done. I can have all the shipments done in a day.
