This is one of the kegs I got gifted (the other is a hoff-stevens that has been retrofitted with a sankey), and to me this looks to be a 7.75 gallon golden gate, but wanted to check with the masses to confirm.Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

Thanks, I just pulled out the couplers for cleaning and all was confirmed...clear as day are written the words golden gate. It is my understanding that ome of these older kegs are AL, since I want to use this for a primary can someone please refresh me on the scratch test method to confirm the material this keg is made of. Thanks!

I have 5 of these. I also have the breather and tap for them. I once tried to figure out how to convert them for a cask, but gave up.
