I assume the 5 gallon keg is used? (comes with a replacement gasket)doesn't say new . If its new , a good deal. If used than maybe an OK deal. All the extra accesories are in the normal price range .

You might be able to beat the prices by a few bucks here and there if you dig around. But the prices seem very reasonable, especially considering that you won't have to pay shipping, and if any thing goes wrong you have someone local to deal with. Plus, I think it's a good thing to support your LHBS. Help keep them in business, so that you may continue to enjoy the convenience of having them around. My two cents.

the question becomes how much do you value your time? If you don't want to have to search around on craigslist or scavenging the internet for good deals, then paying a bit more for the convenience is worth it.If you can spare the time, and don't need things right away, you can look around on craigslist, and wait for good deals online as well. Personally, I started kegging when I was still in college, so I valued my money more than my time, and waited for good deals, and when they came up, I would scoop them up right away. Yes, I spent less than that kit to start kegging, but I also waited months and months for those deals. For me, it is worth it to wait for deals because I buy so much, but if you are just looking to get into kegging, and have things set up easily for you, a kit from the LHBS is definitely worth it, and it does help to support them as a local business like stellarbrew stated.

For the same money (plus probably 30 bucks shipping, I concede) you can get a 2 keg setup from Midwest Supplies with a double regulator.

If its used, that's a crappy deal. Check out Midwest Homebrewing. Thisis just one of the systems they sell. Shipping was inexpensive.

didn't get to the edit to quick to note that richt already pointed you here. They have a lot of packages that will expand your system. I got the one in the link above, plus had them throw in a third keg, which was pretty cheap.
