Agreed. My First Kit shipped with one step and once I tried Star San I was sold on that.I've tried them both. IMO, even for free, I don't want to use them.

I pretty much just wanted them around for back ups or if I ran into a new homebrewer that didn't have anything and they could use them temporarily.Agreed. My First Kit shipped with one step and once I tried Star San I was sold on that.
