After I get this APA moved I'm going to brew batch #3 of my Dubbel to join the first two. On Sunday afternoon I'll crank out two brews of Homeward Brown.

Drew...was in MBC a few weeks back and almost freaked out when they put a glas of Homeward Brown in front of me. It looks like Mississippi River water but tastes like a chocolate covered caramel! Good work!

I have an Alt (in the recipe forum) coming up for Sunday. Will use the cake for another over the top version before switching into lawnmower mode.

I've opted to brew a Fat Tire(ish) Amber Ale this weekend. I need to look at a reccomended recipe from *that other site*. The only thing I know for sure is that instead of using an amount of Biscuit, I'm just going to use Maris Otter as my base. Also, have a pound of Mt. Hood pellets, so am going to try and use those as much as I can.
