I've got a fat starter going for Ken Lenard's Prauge Pilsner that I'm going to brew tomorrow. If it turns out anything like his, it'll be great!

Brewing something tomorrow. Just don't know what yet. I do have a US-05 slurry from an IPA brewed last week. Maybe a barleywine/Imperial IPA is in order. Either that or an oatmeal stout.

I brewed my Ed's Imperial Stout last weekend, and plan on doing my starter today for a IIPA. I hope to brew it in a few days. It'll be my first brew with my new keggle! I finished it yesterday. :D
