Hey guys, catching up on my podcasts. This one from Basic Brewing the November 19th episiode. Here's the vid.He claims to have a bit of a problem with DMS.

Interesting but I thought there is a reason to shield your beer from the sun. Solar to power brewery equipment but I would not go that route and introduce the sun like that too.

Yeah, yesterday I got off early from work and bottled the stout. I noticed the sun was shining thru the window. I quickly covered the carboy and closed the blinds. Sun = ruined beer.

For my BJCP test the proctor tried to sunstrike a stout. Left it sit in the front window of his car for an entire afternoon. Didn't work!It was OK, so I wouldn't worry if it is truly opaque. :unsure:
