I brewed for the first time in a while today and I started drinking early. I started with a Bells Pale Ale, then Sweetwater IPA, Westmalle Tripel, Bells Two Hearted Ale, Left Hand Fade to Black Foreign Export Stout, then we went to the pub for dinner after brewing. While there I had the new Terrapin Hopsecutioner (really good!), some Great Divide Oak Aged Yeti with cayenne and chocolate nibs, on cask. A pretty good day for drinking. It was all over the place. How about you?

After spending several hours clearing the driveway from 21" of snow, clearing off parts of the back deck so I could get to the Weber, and offering the sacrificial cow on the brazen alter, I thought a Rye PA would go good with it.Spent the afternoon sorting through mail and went through a few more RyePA pints. Hope I didn't throw out anything important.Later I decided on a bit of my SAE50 RIS I have on tap. I was feeling no pain. :angry:That evening I decided to watch my new DVD of 'Terminator Salvation' while I opened a 17 year old bottle of ginger mead and had a glass or two. That 3,000 watt subwoofer amp really got a workout. After two hours of crunching metal noises I decided it was time to hit the hay. When I turned on the room lights the subs bounced a box of old VHS tapes onto the floor. Never heard it!
