leaking CO2 regulator - what part gets replaced?

It's the connection between the regulator and the tank that is leaking.

 

I'm pretty sure the regulator is from morebeer and it's pretty old now.

 

I've never had to repair anything on one of these regulators.  Do I actually need to unscrew the the part with the hex hole in it?  It doesn't seem like I'll be able to readily pull the o-ring out so I'm a little perplexed here.

Is this what I need?  I'm a little confused how the part that unscrews is holding that o-ring in place....

You use an allen wrench to get it out, the brass "screw"

now I just need to find a place to buy those where I don't pay $10+ in shipping for a $1-2 part :P
