Accidental NEIPA

I didn't intend on making a NEIPA. Didn't use oats or such. Just used a ton of hops. Basically emptied a few assorted bags. Ended up using around a pound. It tastes very good. Maybe it will clear some, if not, no big deal.

That is what makes a NEIPA cloudy, hop oils.  It is not yeast or oats or any other adjuncts.  What hops did you use out of curiosity.  Some, most of the new school ones and NZ/Australian ones will have more oils and result in a much more cloudy beer than say 1 pound of good old cascade.

Quite a mix. Used azzacca, rakau. Wakatu, el Dorado, and citra.
