THIS is from the NYT and the caption on the email was PIZZA CHICKEN which immediately got my attention. When I first clicked on it I didn't have access to it because I don't subscribe to the NYT but I cleared my cache and now I see it. I thought it would be interesting to just noodle with this because I feel like you could do something where the chicken is cooked in a cast iron or whatever and then add pizza sauce, oregano, onion, pepperoni, the recipe calls for pancetta, add cheese after it bubbles for a bit and serve it. I like the idea but I have to think about the execution.
