So I have a keg of baltic Porter. I may have over carbonated it a little. When I pour I mostly get foam.

Here is what is weird. Even if I push 15-20lb into the headspace it's pouring out slowly. This beer wasn't dry hopped so I don't suspect there is debris to clog up the dip tube.

Anyone experienced this before?

Something similar happened to me once. I was using a floating diptube. Turns out, the hose had a slit in it.

Solid dip tube here. I did try a different serving line and it was less foamy. I wonder if something is clogged up in the qd on the serving line. I still need to move this beer into serving kegs so I hope my jumper doesn't induce similar foaming or a transfer won't be possible.

So the transfer started really slow and I had to push the pressure up to nearly 20psi differential between source and destination. Then it started picking up. There is no foam in the line now like when I was pouring out of a picnic tap so that seems promising. Hopefully the pours out of the corny kegs are fine.

Yep, pouring just fine out of the corny.
