I’ve been messing around with an Anbernic device that can fit in my pocket for retro gaming on my commute. About the size of an iPhone and can emulate pretty dependably through PS1 and some GameCube. All for about $150 bucks. Currently have >4400 games loaded into it and I’m still adding more.

Lots of models of these sorts of devices. I have the 353M which set me back about $150. There are some newer models from Ambernic and RetroPocket, but I have what I have for the form factor and use purpose.

Highly recommend. I missed out on all the GBA and DS games, so I’m looking forward to playing these a lot.

Very cool. Those emulators look great (coming from a childhood of gameboy and other handhelds). How long's battery life?

Battery is 5+ hours

I never had a GBA, so I’m digging those games right now. Currently playing Fire Emblem
