I made a maibock last spring and really enjoyed it. Goal is to have it on tap May 1st, but might be a little late. Any thoughts/changes?
10 lbs pilsner malt
4 lbs Munich malt
8 oz. crystal 40
35 IBUs magnum at 45 minutes
34/70 yeast
