Kia just announced their EV9 for 2024. I believe they’ll be the first legacy automaker with a 3 row EV SUV. As of now the only one on the market is the Rivian.
I thought the Tesla model X also had a three row option.

Yes, the Model S does as well. I wouldn't consider it legit 3 row, though, the option is two rear-facing kid sized seats in the trunk. At least, that was the option in the Model S, I assumed it was the same for the X but I hadn't looked into it.

I was reacting to the Rivian part of the quote, not to the legacy automaker part.
