I'm looking for some freeware that is "easy" to configure.    We use an old wiki (mediawiki i think), and it's not super easy make pages that are visually appealing....especially if you want to add pictures.

Any suggestions?

Actually github is pretty good as far as it goes, plus it's free....

Yep....github is pretty cool actually. You can set it up as a free-for-all or a curated site (repo)

i hate to say it, i'm familiar with the github name but not any of their products.  I'll look into it.
