Haven't had one but it's an interesting idea. Couldn't be worse than a juniper beer, anyway

Never made one but I'd think to use them similar to spruce tips.

Pretty sure I’ve had one. Never made one tho. I did have a sip of my wife’s kombucha yesterday that had rosemary in it. It was ok

At max's I remember the Italian brews they brought in always featured some herb in the brew, like Mexican HBers are into adding fruit... well at least that was a trend at the time.

 

Had one I recall with rosemary. Great if you're into that sort of thing.

Clearly a one and done!
