Depending on the beer, LA, gypsum, calcium chloride, baking soda in the mash.

I use Patco 376 for kettle foam control and also in the WP for fermentation foam control. Nutrient I usually use Yeastex but I am working through some Servo currently. Also I use Super Moss as a kettle coagulant. Oxygen after the HX. Currently I don't use any finings. The hazy stuff stays hazy but the clear stuff drops crystal given the proper time. The proper time is obviously critical. In the past when I needed a beer faster than that I usually use Biofine.

I haven't played with BTB, but I am always looking to improve the beer. I should do some more reading on it. Any suggested reading is appreciated

This might be helpful. We did an experiment with BTB and spoke with Joe Formanek. Joe os the BTB guy at Ajinomoto, who make it. He's also an award winning homebrewer who's been using it for years.
