I am guessing ham. 19lb of it.
Make sure you have yams too
So you can serve "Ham-n-yam"

Just watched a dude on YouTube cure some pork shanks in a ham brine
Then seasoned them up central Texas style and smoked them for 6-7 hours. Like shredded ham pulled pork
I want to make this now
I knew this had to be Chud before you even posted the link.

smoked whole turkey brined in Thanksgiving spices
twice baked potatoes
stuffing
green beans
pumpkin chiffon pie, Italian plum torte, cherry-apple pie, maybe a rhubarb pie if I have time
The wife likes to make a cranberry sangria with cranberries, cheap champagne, and ruby port, served out of the skulls of those who have opposed me.

My mom is going to smoke the turkey - which is pretty much the only way to have turkey.
I'll be making bread.

OK, this got my attention. It sounds really good - just cranberry juice, cheap champers and port?

They would never make the drink, cos they would be eaten before they got there
