From left to right: habanero, Caribbean habanero, Carolina Reaper

What do I do with them?

The first two you could use to make a small batch of hot sauce. If I remove the seeds I could also get away with using them for pico de Gallo if you dare into that.

The last one, you better dilute that mofo. A big batch of salsa, chili, etc. Maybe make a chili infused oil to kick stuff up a notch?

Toss in trash.

Lol!

Toss in trash.

This might be the final answer.

The wardrobe database manager gave them to me unprompted.

Since you're a food guy I'm just curious why you say this.  Are you just not into excruciatingly hot peppers?  I admit that I'm not either.  I don't mind heat but I don't care for things just designed to cause pain.  In the case of Habanero, I actually do not care for the flavor of it.  Yes, it's hot and all that but the flavor itself is not working for me.  I like the flavor of a Jolly and a Chipotle (which is just a smoked Jolly, right?) but a pepper needs decent flavor for me.

I mean, you could put them in a stew or something like a curry WHOLE and then remove them carefully so they don't rupture and fuck everything heatwise. Not really worth it for what they contribute flavorwise.

If you scrape the inside seeds out they aren't that hot.

Excruciating? No.

Yeah, you can add them whole being careful not pop them when they cook, then remove before serving. You can sort of take the heat out my removing the seeds and veins but that's a lot of work for what you get out of them.

It's super easy. Cut in half, scrape with spoon. Wash hands thoroughly.

Habs are delicious!  I'd dry the other two and use the powder to add heat as desired.

This.  But as hot as they are, a little will go a long, long way.

I'd go this route. I had a reaper salsa that was made this way and it had killer flavor, some pun intended. I like the habanero flavor as well, it's the seeds that kick your rump.

Send them to Hiller.

Whew! That's Hot! Miss that guy!
I'll cheer for his Browns tonight!
