And will this plug into it?

Looks like a SATA connector. Should connect to the sata to 8 (6+2) pin in your second image. Just make sure that little L at the end lines up with the indent in the recieving SATA connector.

And then that 8 pin can connect to your PSU.

 

Then the PSU goes into the WALL.

 

omfg, the WALL GOES INTO YOUR SOLAR PANEL!

 

And the solar panel goes straight into the sun itself.
