Julie is my most favorite person that I never met. I could tell by her posts that she must a very good soul.
My heart goes to your and your family. Nothing I might would be enough.

Things I did not expect to have to do today:
Go shopping for a burial plot.

best I can say is just try to power through this initial period and get what needs to get done, done. lean on any family you can. sucks but that seems to be how it goes.

I'm shocked and sickened by this. I can't fathom your grief right now. I'd be inconsolable. I'm so sorry. I'm fighting back tears typing this.
I couldn't come up with any words of my own. So I'll just echo this. How terrible. I am so sorry Scott. Condolences to you and your kids man...

Oh man. So, so sorry. Do you have any local help? Can't imagine. I really hope you and your kids can help each other through this.
The church asked how many people will be at the funeral. I said "it'll be small". Then we started adding it up. We might have 200 people there. I never realized how many people loved Julie.
Our local support network is fine. More than fine, really. I can only handle so much support, and then I just want to be left alone for awhile.

I really feel for your kids. I lost my mom young (I was 14), and it’s not an easy experience.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do

I can't say that I understand...but, honestly, and I speak for everyone, no one should ever want to feel this way. I am so sorry Scott. I also say the same as EWW, a hug would be great to give and receive.
ETA, shot you an email too.

This is the takeaway for me. She did not post here a ton but she DID post here and I was tuned into her posts. She always seems generous with information and she also seemed to lean into problems with a purpose and some grit. I always thought that because I knew of her various struggles and yet her determination always seemed to be there. I also agree that our group is here in support as always.
