I made this last night and it turned out pretty damn good. Thought I'd share in case any else is a big fan of these style cakes.

I made this. Tastes great but a word of caution. The pan size is in CM not inches! My 9x5x4 inch pan produced a significantly flatter loaf. lol
Still good and I'll make it again.

Oh I'm sorry I forgot to call that out. Yeah you'll need to double the ingredients for our standard loaf pans. It pushed my baking times to about 55 minutes for my attemptI made this.
