I got a rifle, but can't shoot anything until i clean it. Need a cleaning kit. Drank some soda and then i drank out of a toilet.

But yeah it can be frustrating, especially when it's "light enough" to read books and craft but you still can't SEE anything.

It's definitely not an action game but it's very effective in certain ways at creating tension.

Ok, I had much more success tonight starting in Milton. Apparently starting the last two tries with random locations and getting randomed into advanced areas was not the best way to learn the game. Huh.

BTW, pro tip, play as the female. It makes no difference to gameplay but she's much less annoying in terms of the chatter and heavy breathing.

This game is annoying because you can't really process forever. Everything is salvaging from the corpse of civilization instead of going forward. Why can't I make my own workbench or forge instead of finding one? Why can't I make fecking arrowheads without a forge? Why do I even need arrowheads when fire hardened points are almost as good?

Bottom line is that this game has an end because eventually you'll rub out of ways to kill anything but rabbits. No matter how good you are. Or you'll run out of hatchets and metal to improvised them - or actually you'll run out coal for the forge long before you run out of scrap metal.

Sure you might never reach the limit, but it's the principle. And you'll certainly deplete one area which will force you into another, more dangerous one.

Also, 48 minutes to skin a fecking rabbit is nonsense.
