I wasn't sure if this was all beers or just some of the places I occasionally acquire beer from. I'd actually say this isn't all but maybe 1/2.

I see it more often than not.
yeah, you guys would def know better than me. if I do buy beer it's at the grocery store which tends to have more pedestrian offerings. my brother gives me quite a bit of craft beer from stoneface but I'd say they are only partially meeting the above criteria. some of their beer labels are very straight forward. others more like the above but they do tend to put the style and ABV on nearly all of their cans. sometimes they even mention the hops they used.

Is that being less of a thing just a sign that more people are kegging?

Home canning, awesome. I was referring to elaborate labels, naming your home brewery, etc. People still do it but less common.
I knew where you were going but I had to just throw a picture in. I still see what you are talking about to an extent but it has migrated to homebrewers having Instagram and YouTube channels so they can be influencers.
