I change my recipe every time.  I don't know why!

5 lb Pilsner Malt

2 lb Light Munich

8 oz Caravienne

4 0z Carared

3 oz Midnight Wheat

Mash at 151F

Ca: 53 ppm

Na: 29 ppm

Sulfate: 58 ppm

Chlroide: 77 ppm

Bicarb: -84 :P

1oz Magnum @ 45

1oz Hallertau @ 0

3oz Hallertau Hop Stand (I'm pushing this one a little more hoppy!)

ferment on some pretty fresh 34/70 (kegged previous beer a week ago)

SRM: 11

OG: 1.049

IBU: 25

things have gone pretty well so far.  I got things half started while doing parent teacher conferences this morning and right now I'm doing the hop stand (almost done).  I'll finish chilling, drain into my fermenter, pitch yeast and clean up :)

So it looks like fermentation is about done or done. 1.010. for a cloudy, oxidized hydro sample it tasted pretty smooth. I think we'll end up with a winner.
