I brewed this Kveik IPA about 6-8 weeks ago. I fermented under heavy pressure (30 psi). Fermentation was quick as expected. When I sampled it, I thought for sure it was infected - something wasn't right. It was tasteless. I mean tasteless! I was about to dump a beer for the first time but I couldn't let it go. I decided to dry hop it in the keg. I hit it hard, don't remember exactly what at the moment but it was at least 4 oz. Long story short, it's very drinkable now. Lots of pineapple.

Lesson learned on fermenting Kveik or Ale yeast under high pressure!

I think I fermented that czech pils under some high pressure but probably over half way through.  maybe a good thing for lagers.

I've learned to never be in a hurry to dump something.  OTOH, drinking truly bad beer is no fun

My lagers are fine at high pressure.
