I have a Toyota Matrix, and every fall when the temp starts dropping, i get this warning on my dashboard.  A quick tire topup with air and the warning light goes away.

My Odyssey did that. First time in the fall, but only a mile from my house. Then you get the lump in your throat and the "I just ran over a nail"  thought. So you pull over and bang on the tires and find they're OK and drive the remaining 40 miles to work. Driving home in the afternoon at warmer temps the light goes out and you forget about it until the next morning.

Rinse & repeat.

I've had no issues with this inflator, including the connector. Threads on to the valve stem pretty easily, and as far as I can tell, any air lost during connecting/disconnecting the inflator is minimal.

All said, it's solid.

It did the job, and I didn’t have any problems with the connector. The inflator gauge was a bit off (1.5 psi). Thanks for the recommendation.

I didn’t check the spare. If the warning light comes on again, I will dig it out.
