doh!  that's a good deal more but maybe worth it after spending 45 minutes milling my grain this morning.

On the 2 or 3 roller one?  I have contemplated a new mill for a long time.

I like the 3 because it has gears. No more giving my mill the reach around and risking my fingers.

The idea that I never have to really wonder if the grain will feed would be nice.

I initially installed that part then took it off.

anything I should know about setting this thing up?  I left my BC at the stock gap for years.  I don't know that I have any feeler gauges around here....

I just sort of winged it. Tried as best as I could to move both dials at the same time. I'm at the lowest setting, I might ease it up a bit.

The Valley mill's knurling is getting worn a bit and starts to stick. Iron Kite located some 5" diameter sh 80 iron pipe and I was going to build my own EEEUGE mill. Still looking for that round To-it. New house problems taking up all my time. And since I haven't brewed in....

Counts on fingers....

 

Two years (hangs head in shame), the way things are going I just might buy one of those three roller buggers. So keep the data coming guys!
