Are you happy with it so far? Mine has been fantastic. I'm leery with recommendations since Ken disliked his Tilt. But Ken's loss was my gain as he sold it to me at a nice price.
it milled the grain without any fuss. that's what I'm looking for! my main complaint is how heavy it is and I'm worried I'm going to drop it when I spray it off with the compressor. this is probably just a testament to how beefy it is though.

I weighed it against the BC when I got it. Nearly twice the weight.
I believe it. It seems like it holds more grain in the hopper than the BC as well.

Much more. It's advertised at 7# but I've gotten at least 9#. Haven't actually measured it but it is way bigger.
also it is wider so it's easier to pour out of a 5 gallon bucket into the hopper. on the BC I used to have to be careful when pouring a really full 5 gallon bucket. this thing is no problem.

Had 10.5# in the hopper the other day. Definitely bigger than advertised.

so being able to crank the gap down on this mill compared to my BC (which I opened up to help the grain feed through) seems like it's helping my efficiency a little bit. last batch two batches were 76% and 80% efficiency (into the fermenter so accounting for all loses). prior to this I had settled into ~70% all the time.
mill is still working great and the replacement is def wobble free.

dust reduction mod:
my cardboard mod is still going strong. it really knocks the level of dust that is kicked up way down. more dust is caused by dumping the grain into the hopper than anything else now.

Use it as a template to make one out of plywood.
Similarly, I might just take some tin snips to a bucket lid on mine.

I should take some pics of mine. The old ones are long gone on photobucket. Mill and beefy bodine (direct drive) are mounted on a small sheet of plywood that hangs on the garage wall when not in use. In use, it fits on a 70 qt Coleman extreme and I crush into the cooler. Underlet mash water and away you go
