I feel like I need to play Taps or something. I had some OYL-106 Oktoberfest yeast that I bought last year when WFH started and yeast places were shutting down and I assumed I would have time to brew. I had it in the fridge the entire time but it seems like it is dead. I made a starter 3 days ago and there is no activity, no color change and the yeast at the bottom is a bad brown color. I guess I need to come up with a plan B if I plan to brew this weekend.
