I'm imagining I could have a spreadsheet where I could enter more detailed information about my hops and types of flavors/aromas they bring based on compounds present in them.  then when I formulate a recipe it adds up the different compounds and provides me with the top flavor/aroma compounds and likely perception.

does this exist?

I posted it a long time ago so maybe you saw it then.

Janish may be too busy with Sapwood Cellars to update it.

is all of the required data out there for the taking?

I think his second source is maybe where he got the data for each hop.

I assume the info is out there.  That book is not cheap by any means

it would be cool if there was an excel version of this that I could easily tie into my recipe formulation spreadsheet.  then I could perhaps find the hops that are missing.

I would like that.  There are so many new hops coming out I cannot keep em straight.
