With pretty hard water. The Ca levels are around 250.

do you have all of the pertinent numbers?  if you aren't going to dilute it or pre-boil and let some of that stuff settle out I think most here would want the complete picture.

Have to agree here. With some more information we can get a better idea. Without the numbers I would get some bottles of water and build up.

Dilute with distilled water or use bottled water

Alkalinity-160
Chloride-56
Sodium-15-20
PH-7
Residual Alkalinity-160-220 total hardness

That's a pretty big range on hardness. Have you used bru'n water? In order for me to help if have to plug your numbers into that but really you should learn to use this tool yourself. I use it on every batch.

Also, you left out sulfate.

is that RA the same as "total alkalinity (as CaCO3)"?  If yes your bicarb is really high.  no light colored beers for you unless you dilute that water quite a bit with RO water.
