I'll be brewing a fruity IPA this weekend as the replacement Cosmic Punch yeast arrived today. Time to look through my hop inventory for something interesting. I actually have quite a bit of homebrew on hand, all 4 taps are flowing with 2 kegs in reserve.

That's when I start getting concerned.  I'm having trouble finding time to keg 10 gallons and brew another 10.

Brewed a Belgian Tripel today. Way overdue. I altered my usual recipe and I'm calling this one "Golden Drunkey".

I brewed Sunday!  Wanted to use up a bunch of older hops.  Also trying out that newer dry New England yeast.  Oh yeah and I didn't boil. Went nice and smooth for not brewing for so long.  Here's what I ended up with.

That bill certainly used up quite a bit of your old hops!

It might not be Drez levels but it should get the job done!

made some Drez APA today.  some minor mishaps.  mill not feeding, mash temp a bit high (157F!!!) and some equipment I should have cleaned better (hot side) but probably fine.  oh yeah and I meant to add some chinook at 30 min that I forgot to weigh out so it got skipped.  otherwise things went fine and I'll have beer!

planning to dry hop this how I used to where I dry hop in the serving keg until it kicks :frank:

The Mighty Mill made quick work of 12# of grain last night. Looking to brew a Concord Grape Sour tomorrow (wife's request).

Decided to make it today. About to pitch the yeast. Added one can of grape juice concentrate at FO, will add 2-3 more cans along the way.

Gravity was down to 1.015 so I added the second can of concentrate. The extra sugar pushed the gravity up to 1.020 but after 6 hours or so, it's down to 1.012. I'll add more concentrate at kegging.

Early brewday! Didn't drink last night so I was up by 5:30. Doing a Baltic Porter again. It's mashing now, I should be done by 9-ish.

I'm using dry Lutra yeast for the first time. I pitched about 3 hours ago, not only has fermentation started but it's dropped 10 points already!
